ADV.pl will issue corporate bonds

Grupa ADV, polish creative agency and IT services company listed on NewConnect, will issue corporate bonds.

Last shareholders' meeting, which took place on November 23, 2010, decided to issue corporate bonds worth 10 000 000 PLN (about 2 500 000 EUR). Funds will be used to accelerate company's growth in areas of IT technologies, digital communication and e-commerce.

Corporate bonds became quite popular in Poland since launch of dedicated bonds trading platform, GPW Catalyst.
